I ordered my item on a NEXT DAY and it did not arrive!
    In order that we can process your order for a NEXT DAY delivery, we ask that they are placed an completed online BEFORE Noon on any given Working Day.

Orders received after the NOON deadline will not be processed for dispatch in time - sorry.

Please also note that in some instances a next day service may be affected by Bank Holiday, Weekends and other reason that may delay it.

We will not issue a refund for delays that are beyond our control or that we have processed and dispatched as promised. Delays due to courier/Post Office should be directed at those parties.

NOTE Some delivery methods REQUIRE a signature and may not be left unless one is received.
