We aim to process all orders received before Noon, Monday to Friday for dispatch on the same day. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next working day.
We are ONLY able to deliver to the following destinations:
Orders up to 1.0kg in weight
These items are shipped with Royal Mail for 1st Class Post. This normally takes 1-2 working days to arrive but may take 5-7 days in some cases.
We are able to offer Special Delivery on some orders for delivery next working day by 1pm. This option will appear in the checkout if available.
Special Delivery and Recorded Delivery require a signature on arrival.

Steam Generators, large orders etc
These items are normally delivered by Royal Mail ParcelForce. If available, the option will be listed in the Checkout. We offer two options; Standard and Signed for deliveries. Standard / Economy (Parcel Force Economy) delivery takes 5-7 days and is NOT a trackable delivery and does not need a signature. Signed for orders are shipped by Parcel Force Priority Service and are trackable and require a signature on delivery and are delivered in 3-5 days as standard.
Please be aware that some items; particularly those of an odd shape and larger or delicate items may be packaged in a way to both protect the contents, reduce the overall size, which in turn reduce delivery cost. Additionally, this may mean we use cardboard that has previouly been used. This re-using of packaging also extends to bubble wrap etc. This choice of packaging enables us to keep costs as low as possible and of course benefits the environment!

Items such as glass panels, large tub bases etc will be delivered only by a Pallet delivery service. This will be noted on the product page.
Where items are to be sent via this method, we will contact you when we have your order to arrange with you a convenient delivery date. Delivery is normally 2 full working days minimum, but the date can be arranged for any time after to suit you. The delivery window is an all day one, but we can arrange for the delivery driver to contact you approximately 1 hour ahead of arrival. Deliveries are made on week days (not including holidays) between 8am and 6pm.
Where delivery has been arranged and agreed, you must have someone over 18 years of age available at the delivery address to receive the order. If delivery cannot be made due to no one at the property, there will be a FULL re-delivery change due before the order will we re-attempted. If you choose not to have the item re-delivered and subsequently cancel the order, the delivery charge will NOT be refunded.
ADDITIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
These delivery times are based on the full order being in stock. If an item is found to be out of stock at the time or order, we will contact you immediately to notify you of this even if this from part of your order. We will not dispatch the order without further confirmation from you.
Holidays, Bank Holiday and Weekends will affect delivery and processing times.
Orders reported lost in transit cannot be re-dispatched until 14 days have elapsed from the date of dispatch.
Steam Shower Spares will not be held liable for compensation or refunds, in part or full due to lost or delayed items, where we have shipped the order in good faith and on time. We will not compensate for time lost waiting for items to arrive or the cost of plumbers or other employed persons costs, lost through delays in goods arriving.
