If you wish to return an item please fill in the form below. Once we have processed your request we will send you an RMA Number (Return Number)

Once you have a Returns Number, pack the item for safe return and ensure that the RMA Number is clearly shown on the outside of the parcel and send it to the address included with the RMS number.


We would recommend that any items to be returned are sent by a recorded method of Postage (Recorded Delivery) so that it can be tracked. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost in return to ourselves.

We will refund the cost of the original purchase along with the cost of retuning the item (where applicable).

Please fill in the form below fully and carefully if you wish to return an item. We will then send you a unique Returns Number (RMA) back by email for you to put on the outside of the package to be returned.

If you wish to return an item under warranty for replacement, please use the form above.

Items to be repaired/replaced under Warranty (12 month from purchase) should be retuned so that we can repair or replace the item accordingly, again, please use the form to request an RMA number.

Returning items without a visible RMA will take longer to process, so to ensure our fastest response, please put the number clearly on the outside of the package to be returned.


Items incorrectly ordered will be subject to a £4.99 restocking fee.

This also includes where items are purchased with the hope to return one item and keep the correct part (such as two different types of thermostatic cartridge), then there will be a re-stocking fee applied to the returning item unless agreed prior to purchase. All delivery and return costs will be borne by the customer.

Items returned after 7 days will NOT be accepted for re-stocking.
